Intuitive parking sessions for life in the fast lane
The technology behind Pied Parker’s app allows parkers to enjoy easier parking in locations that implement their license plate reading cameras. With this technology comes an accompanying app that allows parkers the ability to see and interact with their session status, costs, validations, and many more components involved when parking. When I came, in the MVP version of the app didn’t allow for intuitive, effective communication of these components in the parker’s session screen. Through auditing the current experience I was able to find and implement clear areas of improvement in the experience for Pied’s, typically rushed and distracted user.

Pied Parker is system of technology and apps that not only creates easy navigation and payment for parkers but also helps with the management of parking structures for places like hospitals, theme parks, and hotels.
Typically rushed and distracted parkers trying to get to their appointments do not have a transparent and digestible view into the important components of parking within a paid parking garage.
